Barbara Christ

Barbara Christ studied literature and theatre studies and worked as a dramaturg and publishing editor. In 1997, she began translating from English; her translations include plays and prose by, among others, Jami Attenberg, David Greig, Noah Haidle, Doris Lessing, Bruce Norris and Simon Stephens. From 2012 onward, she led seminars for translators as part of various workshops.
