Astrid Boll

Astrid Boll (born 1968) is a trained educator and social pedagogue. From 2013, she taught and conducted research at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences in the fields of early childhood education and social work. She earned her doctorate from Technische Universität Dresden in 2019. Her professional interests include early childhood didactics, creativity, educator-child interactions, and personnel management in childcare institutions. Her many years of work as a childcare educator provided a foundation for linking theory and practice.
