Arnica Esterl

Arnica Esterl was born in The Hague in 1933. After completing an apprenticeship in tailoring, she studied German, philosophy and Frisian in Amsterdam and Tübingen. She joined the European Fairy-Tale Society in 1976 and became involved with the Stuttgart Fairy-Tale Circle in 1989. Alongside leading seminars for adults, she devoted herself especially to live storytelling for children.
