Anthony McCarten

Anthony McCarten, born in 1961 in New Plymouth, New Zealand, is a novelist, playwright and screenwriter. At the age of 25, he co-wrote the successful play “Ladies Night” with Stephen Sinclair. He went on to write novels and screenplays, including those for the films “The Theory of Everything,” “Darkest Hour” and “Bohemian Rhapsody,” for which he received multiple Oscar nominations.
