Angeline Boulley

Angeline Boulley is a registered member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and writes about her Ojibwe community on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Before becoming an author, she served as director of the Office of Indian Education at the U.S. Department of Education. Her debut novel, *Firekeeper’s Daughter*, reached number one on the New York Times bestseller list.
