Andy Mangels

Andy Mangels is an author of comics, nonfiction, and genre fiction. With Michael A. Martin, he co-authored several „Star Trek“ novels, e-books, short stories, and comics, as well as three „Roswell“ novels. His solo nonfiction works include „Animation on DVD: The Ultimate Guide“ and „Star Wars: The Essential Guide to Characters“; he also contributed numerous entries to „The Superhero Book“. Mangels wrote hundreds of articles for entertainment and lifestyle publications in the United States, England, and Italy. His comics were published by DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and other publishers. He served as editor of the „Gay Comics“ anthology for eight years.
