Alexander Kluy

Alexander Kluy (born 1966) is a German author, journalist, critic and editor. He has written for numerous newspapers and magazines in the German-speaking world and has published biographies, cultural histories, travel books and anthologies. His subjects and biographical portraits include Joachim Ringelnatz, George Grosz, Alfred Adler, Alfred Hitchcock, Clint Eastwood and the Eiffel Tower. He has also written cultural histories of umbrellas and giraffes, as well as books about Jewish Munich, Paris and Provence. His editorial work includes literary works by Joseph Roth, Dorothea Zeemann and Felix Dörmann.
