Alberto Villoldo

Alberto Villoldo is a psychologist and medical anthropologist. For more than 25 years, he traveled through the highlands of the Andes and the Amazon, studying shamanic healing practices. He founded the Four Winds Society and the Light Body School, where he taught methods of shamanic energy medicine. Villoldo is the author of numerous books, including *The Enlightened Brain* and *The Secret Knowledge of the Shamans*.
