Albert C. Eibl, born in Munich in 1990 and raised in Italy, is a publisher and Germanist. In 2014 he founded the Viennese publishing house Das vergessene Buch, which specializes in rediscovering overlooked Austrian women writers. In this context, he was involved in bringing renewed attention to Marta Karlweis, Else Jerusalem, and Maria Lazar. In 2020 he published the monograph »Der Waldgang des ›Abenteuerlichen Herzens‹. Zu Ernst Jüngers Ästhetik des Widerstands im Schatten des Hakenkreuzes«. He also reissued Carl Laszlo’s Holocaust memoir »Ferien am Waldsee« and Maria Lazar’s novel »Viermal ICH«.
