Albert Bartel was born in Masuria in 1970 and studied visual communication, specializing in graphic design and typography, at Münster University of Applied Sciences. From 2000 onward, he worked independently as a communication designer and book designer. He designed numerous educational materials, gift books, and gift-book series for Coppenrath Verlag, including BIBLIO-PHILIA and VOLL DAS LEBEN, and also provided illustrations for some of his work.
