Ada Palmer

Ada Palmer is a fantasy author, historian, and composer. Her debut novel, *Dem Blitz zu nah*, received the Compton Crook Award in 2017. She has also been honored with the John W. Campbell Award. As a historian, she focuses on the early modern history of Europe, particularly the Italian Renaissance, and has a strong interest in Viking history.
