Reviewed by toniwas it over the top? yes. was it cliché? yes. did i still obsess over it and loved every page? also yes. i wanted to start this series for a long time and i finally got around to it. it‘s nothing new, a true arranged marriage x billionaire x childhood bestfriends to lovers story, but i still ate it up. sometimes one does not need big stories with a lot of important and emotional topics to enjoy a book and that is exactly what it was. it was very much focused on big love confessions and they‘re everygrowing love but it still didn‘t lack depth for me. i could really connect with raven and her worries of never being someone‘s priority or first choice and also with her having a family that does not love and support her. i really like how that was portrayed! i HATED hannah, because wtf do you mean she is tormenting her own fucking sister over a man?? lol very excited for the second installement, hopefully i will get around to it soon
Reviewed by Lena Schmidt📚alsooo das ding ist ich fand die geschichte am anfang echt gut aber dann hat sie sich einfach wieder und wieder wiederholt aber trotzdem konnte ich nd aufhören zu lesen und habe es innerhalb von 24 Stunden durchgesuchtet ( kann auch daran liegen das ich krank war und nichts anderes zu tun hatte ) auf jeden fal waren die ersten 100 Seiten gut aber dann weiter war es einfach nur Hannah die irgendeine scheiße gemacht hat und dann Raven die insecure war über die Scheiße die hannah gemacht hat und dann ares wo versucht hat sie wieder aufzubauen indem er immer das gleiche zu ihr gesagt hat und dann nach zwei Sekunden haben die halt miteinander geschlafen und dann war wieder alles gut und zwei Seiten später ist halt genau das selbe wieder passiert Also ja man kann sagen von der Beschreibung das ich es nd gut fand aber irgendwie hat es mich dann doch unterhalten alsl was soll ich sagen es Ist wie es ist🤷♀️🤷♀️
Reviewed by LissiThis was a fun read and rather fast paced. Ares and Raven broke my heart in the best way and I loved their chemistry. Sometimes I felt like they were running in circles though. Also, some parts were a bit repetitive.
