Reviewed by HelenRating poetry is always tricky, especially when it’s clearly someone processing real-life experiences. Like… who am I to say “nah babe, your heartbreak is a 2/5”? That being said… yeah, there were definitely some weaknesses here. Some poems? Absolutely beautiful. Touched me. Made me stop and reread. Others? Basically just normal sentences with way too many line breaks and lowercase letters for ✨artistic effect✨. I mean, come on: “i hope you treat her better than you ever treated me.“ That’s just… a normal sentence. Sorry babe. Still, it wasn’t bad. There were enough moments that worked for me, and poetry is always deeply personal, so I can’t exactly roast it too hard. Solid, but not life-changing.
