The book was very sweetly designed. I like the minimal design, also because pink is one of my favorite colors. I ordered the book pretty much blind because I saw it in a few tiktoks. Usually most of the books that are hyped on TikTok are not my taste as most people just want to read about a lot of spice and passion in the books. But here it's different, the love story between Daniella and Levi is very cute, more innocent and less sexual, even though there are some rather passionate thoughts from time to time of the FMC. Nevertheless, I liked the positioning of the romance and also that we learn a lot about their past. Some parts made me grin because they were funny and chaotic, but I liked that. I also like how awkward the two of them often are with each other. Overall, it's just a lovely, cute love story between best friends who finally realize that they were always meant to be together! Maybe I am biased, because I could sympathize with the FMC so well. I myself did my bachelor's degree at a fashion university. Many aspects of designing clothes appealed to me more because it is my own profession. I also understood a lot of her thought processes in relation to her work, as I always felt I was never good enough at designing or talented enough when I was studying. The whole pressure to create something that reflects you and your work was also a constant struggle for me. I have nothing to complain about, of course I have to mention here that I rate books differently depending on the genre. This is a romance comedy book, which is why the ratings are different here than for fantasy books, for example. Compared to the romance/comedy books I've already read, this book was really good.

It wasn’t filled with dramatic twists, but instead focused on a gentle and wholesome romance that left me smiling. Overall, it was a lovely feel-good read and perfect for anyone looking for a cute, cozy romance.

What follows is a story about second chances, emotional growth, and the complicated space between friendship, history, and something that might be more. 💭 My Review: This was a really cute read, and I enjoyed most of it. My biggest issue was the misunderstandings—it often felt like the characters wanted to misunderstand each other instead of simply communicating. I also felt like a few lines were written just to be quoted or annotated. For example, "Your spring baby" felt a little out of place and didn't quite fit the moment for me. Overall, I had a good time reading it. I'd recommend it if you're into second-chance romance, fake dating, and childhood friends-to-lovers. -> Disclaimer <- I'm very picky with my books, so a 3.5★ is still a good rating from me!

Es war ein ganz süßes Buch, leider fand ich den Grund für das Missverständnis was der Plot des ganzen Buches war ein wenig schwach. Ohne zu Spoilern finde ich war dort keine doppeldeutige Bedeutung die aber eben gebraucht wurden ist. Drumherum ist es relativ gut aufgebaut aber genau am wichtigsten Punkt wurde sich meiner Meinung nicht gut genug Gedanken gemacht.
