Was für ein unterhaltsames kleines Buch! People From My Neighbourhood ist ein Buch voller fiktiver Kurzgeschichten über die verschiedensten Menschen, die in derselben Nachbarschaft leben. Einige von ihnen erleben seltsamere Schicksale als andere. Die erste Hälfte der Geschichten sind bereits etwas abstrakt, aber dennoch nachvollziehbar. In der zweiten Hälfte wurden die Geschichten jedoch immer surrealer und bizarrer. Das machte das Ganze jedoch umso unterhaltsamer. Viele dieser köeinem Stories regten mich im Nachhinein doch sehr zum Nachdenken an. Das Buch bietet ein kurzes, aber doch sehr lustiges Abenteuer, das ich jedem empfehlen würde, der mal eine andere Art von Buch ausprobieren möchte.
