Vielleicht hätte mir das Buch zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt noch besser gefallen, aber leider fand ich es an manchen Stellen wirklich langweilig. Trotzdem muss man sagen, dass Taylor Jenkins Reid einfach ein Talent dafür hat, Charaktere zu erschaffen, bei denen man das Gefühl hat, dass sie wirklich existieren. Nina als Charakter fand ich wirklich toll, und es war schön zu sehen, dass sie, obwohl das Buch nur einen Zeitraum von 24 Stunden abdeckt, eine charakterliche Entwicklung durchgemacht hat. Ich glaube, die Einblicke in die Vergangenheit der Eltern und die Art und Weise, wie die Riva Geschwister aufgewachsen sind, haben mich einfach mehr interessiert und gefesselt als die Party.
