This book felt like a warm hug wrapped in sarcasm and soft tension 🥹✨ Chloe Brown is prickly, brilliant, stubborn, and so deeply relatable — and Red Morgan? A tattooed, artistic cinnamon roll with emotional depth I was NOT prepared for. What I loved most is how real this romance felt. Chloe’s chronic illness isn’t just mentioned — it’s part of her life, her strength, her limits. And Red’s vulnerability? The way he loves gently, patiently… it melted me. The banter is sharp, the chemistry is chef’s kiss, and the emotional payoff is soft but powerful. It’s not dramatic or overly angsty — it’s intimate, healing, and beautifully human. If you love grumpy/sunshine vibes, emotionally mature romance, and a heroine who decides to choose life on her own terms — this one’s for you 💛
Cuteness overload.
