I'M SO IN LOVE WITH CHARLIE! NORA IS SUCH A SLAY BOSS GIRL [ ] What is the book about [ ] Why did you read it [ ] How did you find it This book talks about Nara Stephens, who is an literary agent and who's about to spend 3 months in a city with her sister. There she keeps meeting her enemy Charlie Lastra, whom she didn't get well along in the city. From there their relationship starts. There is a lot a of drama involved, like broken sisters relationship, identity crisis, death, loss, failed business, list etc. I genuinely always wanted to read this book, because of it's name. I absolutely love it. "Book lovers". I consider myself as a book lover that's why this book spoke to me
Reviewed by MarieI absolutely loved Charlie & Nora as well as their story. I immediately fell for Nora‘s sarcastic tone, even if it is a bit much from time to time. The banter and the tension kept me going! I also liked that there wasn‘t any misscommunication between the two main characters (but a bit between Nora and her sister) since that‘s alsways frustrating to read. Good overall character development. Want to reread this one just now!
Reviewed by HannaIch hab dieses Buch von der ersten bis zur letzten Seite richtig geliebt. Zum einen fand ich toll, dass auch viele nicht so einfache Themen behandelt wurden, und ich musste an vielen Stellen wirklich ein paar Tränen verdrücken. Zum anderen fand ich die lovestory zwischen Charlie und Nora einfach nur schön, auch wenn es für die beiden alles andere als leicht war. Wie Charlie mit Nora umgeht und wie gut er sie verstehen kann hat mich irgendwie sehr umgehauen. Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass die Geschichte zwischen Nora und ihrer Schwester Libby so stark thematisiert wurde, und die Geschwisterliebe zwischen den beiden hat mich richtig berührt. Das Buch hat mir unfassbar gut gefallen und gehört jetzt definitiv zu meinen Lieblingsbüchern.
