Rezension von Nehir4.75⭐️ HOLY SHIT RAFE VISCONTI AHHHH. Okay but besides Rafe... can we please talk about how badass Penelope is like what the hell. I literally didn't just fell in love with Rafe I also fell in love with Penelope cause let me tell you, this woman ?!?! Holy moly. Their tension in this book was unbelievable. I read this book in one freaking day, I just couldn't stop reading it. I'm soo excited for the next book cause I need to know how their story is going to go on.

Im Gegensatz zum ersten Buch der Reihe haben die Protas Charakter. Und von denen bin ich großer Fan. Überhaupt gehen wir mit diesem zweiten Teil endlich in die Tiefe. Gute Side Charaktere, side Stories, worldbuilding etc.
Rezension von Leonie4.5⭐️ i love rafe an penny. the way they keep each other in their toes and can’t resist a single game. he is a gentleman to everyone but her and she doesn’t want him to be. i loved the ending when he realized that penny is very well his queen of hearts and said fuck it because he can’t fall any farther after killing blake with his bare hands. the aspect of superstition and luck in this book is really cool and i love how it revolves around that. minus 0.5⭐️ because the writing is a bit cringey sometimes but not too bad.

Yeah I’ll go read the next book because I have to know how this ends and I’m so excited to read book 4 when it comes out!
