Rezension von Caroline⚜️Ich mochte One of the Girls echt gerne! 🫶 Am meisten hat mir tatsächlich die Atmosphäre gefallen. Die griechische Insel, das Essen, die Wärme- einfach alles hat so richtig nach Sommer geschrien und war für mich die perfekte Kulisse für einen Thriller. ☀️🌊 Die kurzen Kapitel fand ich auch richtig gut, vor allem weil man immer wieder aus der Sicht einer anderen Person liest. Dadurch konnte man das Buch super zwischendurch lesen und kam schnell voran. Am Anfang musste ich allerdings erstmal reinkommen, weil es doch einige Charaktere gibt und man sich erstmal merken muss, wer wer ist. Da waren Notizen teilweise gar nicht so schlecht gewesen 😂 In der Mitte hat mir ein bisschen der Schwung gefehlt, aber danach hat sich alles so step by step aufgelöst und die Spannung wurde wieder besser. Ich fand die Suspense insgesamt wirklich gelungen und war bis zum Ende nicht ganz sicher, wie sich alles entwickeln würde. Den WLW mochte ich ebenfalls sehr gerne. 🫶 Ich habe es auf Englisch gelesen und fand es sehr gut lesbar. Auch den Schreibstil mochte ich, nicht kompliziert, aber trotzdem schön geschrieben. Insgesamt ein richtig guter Sommerthriller, den ich vor allem wegen der Atmosphäre und der Spannung echt empfehlen kann. 🌺
