Rezension von LindaBevor ich das Buch gelesen habe, hatte ich den Film schon gesehen, weshalb ich die Story schon kannte. Jedoch hat man im Buch ein bisschen mehr Einblick zu Connor bekommen, was ich sehr gut fand. Das meiste war aber genauso wie im Film. Mir hat die Geschichte im Buch genauso gefallen wie im Film, doch fand ich hat sich es im Buch etwas mehr gezogen. Erst im letzten Viertel hat sich dann alles gesteigert. Evan kam auch erst relativ spät mit Zoe zusammen. Die Nebencharaktere hatten auch relativ wenig Tiefgang, aber im Film erfährt man auch nicht sehr viel mehr. Vom Ende hätte ich mir vielleicht auch etwas mehr erhofft. Alles in allem ist es dennoch eine gute Story mit vielen wichtigen Themen wie Depressionen und Anxiety usw. und wie gesagt fand ich gut, dass man mehr von den Charakteren erfährt als im Buch (zumindest von Evan und Connor).
