Rezension von annie.thefrogEs ist für mich ein absoluter Must-read. Ich habe so viel daraus lernen und gleichzeitig noch mal mein eigenes Verhalten reflektieren können. Ich habe früher häufiger Serien geschaut, die auf True-Crime-Fällen basieren und dabei nicht bemerkt, auf wem bei diesen Geschichten der Fokus liegt und auf wem eben nicht. Außerdem ist das Buch unfassbar gut geschrieben und strukturiert. Natürlich ist es ein ultraharte Thematik und manche Szenen haben mir echt Bauchschmerzen bereitet.
Rezension von LiaHier stehen die jungen Frauen im Zentrum, die im medialen Interesse rund um einen sehr bekannten Serienmörder sonst lediglich eine geringe Rolle spielen. Feministisch, spannend und bewegend. Schilderungen der Ereignisse rund um die Taten und Verurteilung des wohl bekanntesten Serienmörders aller Zeiten, die im Genre des True-Crimes sonst keine Aufmerksamkeit erlangen.

The audacity of the defendant during the lawsuit and the judge telling him that he is a bright young man and could've been a great lawyer made me more than angry. Feminine rage through and through
