Rezension von CaroIch dachte zuerst vielleicht holt mich das Buch nicht so ab, weil ich noch nie eine Trennung einer langjährigen Beziehung durchlebt habe, aber das war gar nicht der Fall. Viele Beschreibungen haben mich trotzdem total berührt oder an Dynamiken aus anderen Kontexten erinnert. Tolle Beobachtungen und smart und humorvoll geschrieben. ___________________________________________________ „When someone says they don't want to be with you, you feel the pain of every single one of those times in life where you felt like you weren't good enough. You live through all of it again. […] You don't let go once. That's your first mistake. You say goodbye over a lifetime. Rezension von TabeaSo, at first I felt sorry for Andy, then I cringed and then I hated him. And then I heard Jen's side of the story. And now I understand. It made me understand both of them. For some reason it makes me really mad to know that Jen won't be able go abroad tho (cause it's 2020). All in all a good book and I like Dolly Aldertons style. 3.75 stars.
