Rezension von HannahNot in Love war für mich wieder ein richtig gutes Buch von Ali Hazelwood, aber leider nicht ganz auf dem Level von Deep End 🫶🏻 Ich mochte die Story und die Charaktere wirklich gerne und insgesamt hat mir das Buch auch echt gut gefallen. Trotzdem konnte ich die Chemie zwischen den beiden irgendwie nicht so fühlen wie bei anderen Büchern von Ali Hazelwood. Bei anderen Paaren von ihr war ich komplett obsessed mit der Dynamik, hier hat mir dieses gewisse Etwas ein bisschen gefehlt 😭 Was mich außerdem etwas gestört hat, war die Schreibweise aus Eli’s Sicht. Irgendwie hat sich das für mich nicht ganz so gut gelesen und ich bin damit nicht richtig warm geworden.

Rezension von MarionDer Schreibstil von Ali Hazelwood ist wie immer wunderbar. In diesem Buch ist wirklich viel Spice, hat aber trotzdem eine interessante Storyline. Auch die Neurodivergenz der Protagonisten ist ganz selbstverständlich in die Geschichte eingeflossen und die traumatischen Vorgeschichten ganz selbstverständlich eingearbeitet. Ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen ihre Bücher zu lesen.
