Rezension von SvenAnfangs so gebrochen, dass ich das Buch für einen Monat pausiert habe. Danach durchs ganze Buch happy/sad gewesen. Extrem Fast Paced Aktion wie immer und tolle Charaktermomente, gerade die Unterhaltung mit Cassius oder das Wiedersehen mit den Howlers, wobei ich den kurzen Ares Characterark von Sevro irgendwie unpassend fand. Zudem fand ich das Ende des Romance Plots etwas gerushed und hätte gerne viel mehr direkte Dialoge bekommen. Vieles blieb, so fand ich, unausgesprochen und wurde eher gezeigt aber ich hätte gerne noch ein versöhnlicheres Gespräch vor dem Endplot bekommen, was meiner Meinung nach die Gravitas erhöht und die Romance mehr atmen lassen hätte. Der Twist mit Cassius war schon erkennbar, allerdings war ich dennoch gespannt, wie Pierce es anstellen wollte. Fand das Ende auch gut, bietet genug für die nächsten Bänder, allerdings auch hier irgendwie etwas gerushed.
Rezension von HannaHoly Shit, was für ein krankes Buch. Ich dachte Golden Son wäre nicht zu topen. Aber WOW hat mich Morning Star eines besseren belehrt. Was für ein epischer Abschluss für diese Trilogie. Einfach 6 Sterne. Und was ist bitte Mustang für ne absolute Queen? Mein Lieblingscharakter seit Buch 1.
