I absolutely LOVED this book! Nicci Harris’ writing style is captivating, which is why I’ve devoured all her books. The entire series is amazing, but Fawn and Clay completely stole my heart—they’re now my ultimate comfort characters. Their story is so compelling and emotional that it lingers long after you’ve finished reading. Whenever I find myself in a reading slump, this book (and honestly, anything by Nicci Harris) pulls me right out of it. Within hours, I’m hooked again, lost in the pages and reminded why I love reading. This is a must-read for anyone who loves deep, well-written stories that stay with you forever!
