Reviewed by EliThe first two chapters are awful, but the rest is sweet. I don't know why Killian isn't so bad after that. He changes a lot after meeting Glyndon, and that makes him more bearable. While reading, I saw how Asher treated Killian, and I felt kind of bad for him. Asher should know better… Glyndon, my baby, deserves better, of course, but Killian is perfect for her because they have a connection and heal together, and that was cute. What the heck are those first few chapters? 💀 I wanted to kick my book off the cliff. I give it 3 and half out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️/1/2
Reviewed by NadineGar nicht meins.. habs ursprünglich wegen des Hypes auf booktok gekauft. Hatte Hoffnung dass es in Richtung lights out geht aber was soll ich sagen.. Ich fand weder die Charaktere noch das Setting noch die Story in irgendeiner Weise ansprechend. Hab’s dennoch durchgezogen mit Hoffnung auf ein gutes Ende. Aber es ist einfach gar nicht meine Welt..
Reviewed by AntjeIch weiß nicht, wie oft ich kurz davor war das Buch abzubrechen. Ich mochte Killian nicht, ich mochte Glyn nicht, ich mochte die Dynamik zwischen den beiden nicht. Ich habe es nur beendet, weil ich die Reihe weiterlesen möchte - angeblich werden die Bücher besser.
