⭐️ 4 stars. Okay, I didn’t expect to get this hooked, but I was so into it. Like, it was fast-paced, intense, and honestly? I couldn’t stop reading. I was entertained the whole time. Some scenes were definitely cringy, but I didn’t even care — I just kept flying through it. I actually really liked the story. I think it’s unique, and even though the romance wasn’t that deep yet — like, it’s definitely more physical than emotional — I could feel something starting. There’s a connection there, even if they don’t fully show it yet. I just hope we get more of that emotional side in the next books, because I need it. Sasha’s such a solid character. I feel so bad for her, but I also admire her. She’s lost so much and she’s still trying, still surviving, even in this awful situation. And even when everything around her is dark and masculine and rough, she still holds on to herself. She’s strong, but she also feels human — and I loved that. And Kirill… He’s cold, emotionless, and distant, but I think he cares in small ways. He’s not ready to show it, but you can feel it underneath. I think that’s what made the tension between them work so well. The chemistry is there. I just want to see it grow into something deeper. There’s so much going on — secrets, betrayal, pain — all of it simmering under the surface. And the ending!! Honestly, I liked this way more than I expected. It pulled me in completely, and now I need to know what happens next.
I'M OFF TO THE NEXT BOOK IMMEDIATELY
