Reviewed by liathis book will forever hold a special place in my heart. from the first sentence on, and with every recurring motif, i was captivated. written so beautifully while telling a story that is beyond gut wrenching, angering and heartbreaking, “a thousand splendid suns“ is a must read – especially for women.
