Yves Sente

Yves Sente was born in 1964 in Uccle near Brussels. He discovered comics at the age of six through Tintin in the Congo, and later found an important influence in Blake and Mortimer. After studying political science, he worked as a cartoonist for the Wall Street Journal Europe from 1986 to 1989. In 1991, he joined the publishing house Lombard, where he held various positions. In 1998, he published his first complete script for Blake and Mortimer, The Voronov Plot. He also worked on the series with artist André Juillard.
