Yuval Noah Harari

Yuval Noah Harari (born in 1976 in Haifa, Israel) is a historian who earned his doctorate from the University of Oxford in 2002. He taught history at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in world history. His best-known books include *Sapiens: A Brief History of Humankind*, *Homo Deus* and *21 Lessons for the 21st Century*. *Sapiens* has also been adapted as a graphic novel and a series for younger readers. In 2017, Harari received the German Business Book Award.
