Yuki Ibuki

Yuki Ibuki was born in 1969 in Mie Prefecture, Japan. She studied law at Chuo University and initially worked for a publishing house. Her debut novel was The Wind Leading to Love. Her second novel, 49 Days of Recipes, was published in 2010 and became a major success in Japan. Midnight Bus was shortlisted for the Naoki Prize in 2014 and adapted into a film in 2018.
