Yoann

Yoann Chivard, born in 1971, is a French comic artist. In 1997, he published the story “Toto the Platypus” with Éric Omond. Further comic projects followed, including “Nini Rezergoude” for the Japanese publisher Kodansha and “Donjon Monsters.” Together with Fabien Vehlmann, he created “The Stone Giants” in 2006, a volume published outside the regular “Spirou and Fantasio” series. From 2009 onward, the two worked on the official series; Carlsen published their volumes 49 to 53, as well as a “Spirou” special featuring short stories.
