Yeon Somin

Yeon Somin is a Korean novelist and screenwriter. She worked as a freelance screenwriter for major television broadcasters in Korea. In 2022, she received the Korea New Writer’s Award for her debut novel, “Lazy Kinko.” Her novel “Jeongmin Makes Happiness” was her international debut, became a bestseller in Korea, and was sold in more than 20 countries. Alongside writing, Yeon Somin pursued pottery.
