Wolfgang Reichel

Wolfgang Reichel holds a doctorate in psychology and worked in personnel selection and professional training. He specialized in developing IQ and psychological aptitude tests as well as assessment centers. Reichel authored numerous books on job applications, personnel selection, and employment tests. For the RTL television show “Der große IQ-Test,” he developed the IQ test.
