Wolfgang Lechner

Wolfgang Lechner, born in 1953, studied German and comparative literature before becoming a journalist. He worked as an editor at the German weekly Die Zeit, where he covered food, drink, games, travel, and other aspects of the good life for more than two decades. He learned to cook from his Tyrolean mother and Viennese grandmother.
