Wolfgang Jacobsen

Wolfgang Jacobsen (born 1953) is an author, editor, and film historian. Until 2019, he headed the Research and Publications department at the Deutsche Kinemathek in Berlin. He published extensively on German and international film history as well as on film and literature, and also worked in radio and television. Together with Rolf Aurich, he edited the Film & Schrift series.
