Wilhelm Speyer

Wilhelm Speyer (1887–1952) was a German author. A substantial part of his work was published during the Weimar Republic. Because of his Jewish background, he spent the Second World War in exile. After 1945, Speyer largely fell into obscurity; his youth novels in particular were later reissued in considerable numbers.
