Walter Hilsbecher

Walter Hilsbecher (born 1917) was a German writer and poet. As a founding member of Gruppe 47, he was part of the literary and intellectual scene of postwar Germany. He published essays and poetry and worked in the cultural programming of West German broadcasters.
