Vladislav Davidzon

Vladislav Davidzon studied intellectual history and comparative literature at the City University of New York and earned a master’s degree in human rights from the Global Campus EMA program in Venice. From 2012 onward, he reported on Ukrainian Jewish life, including for Tablet magazine, and served as the founding editor of The Odessa Review. His essays and reportage appeared in Foreign Policy, The New Statesman, The Wall Street Journal, The New York Observer, and Bookforum. Davidzon is the author of From Odessa With Love (2021) and Jewish-Ukrainian Relations and the Birth of a Political Nation (2023).
