Viktoria Fuchs

Viktoria Fuchs is a chef, cookbook author and television chef. The daughter of chef Karl-Josef Fuchs, she grew up at the Spielweg restaurant in the Black Forest and later took over its kitchen. She trained under Douce Steiner at the Hirschen restaurant in Sulzburg. Further stages of her career included the Le Canard restaurant under Ali Güngörmüş in Hamburg and the Luce d’Oro at Schloss Elmau. Fuchs appeared on television, among other roles as a judge on “Die Küchenschlacht” and as a participant in “Kitchen Impossible.” Her culinary focus includes game dishes combined with influences from East Asian cuisine.
