Victoria Redel

Victoria Redel is an American writer, poet, and essayist. She has published several collections of short stories and poetry, as well as the novel “Loverboy,” which was adapted into a film by Kevin Bacon in 2005. Redel studied poetry at Columbia University. Her work has appeared in publications including Granta, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, and Elle. She has received fellowships from the Guggenheim Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Fine Arts Work Center. She has taught graduate writing workshops at Columbia University and Vermont College.
