Verena Lochmuller is a German recipe and product developer. Born in Germany and raised in Scotland, she studied pastry in New York City. From 2015, she worked in London for the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, where she led recipe and product development. She was a co-author of “Ottolenghi Comfort” and the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen books. Her work incorporated unexpected techniques and ingredients, giving the products a playful character.
