Vashti Hardy

Vashti Hardy worked for several years as a primary school teacher, where she enjoyed inventing fantasy stories with her pupils. She later earned a degree in creative writing from the University of Chichester and worked as a marketing manager. Her debut novel, “Das Wolkenschiff,” was named the Booksellers Association’s “Book of the Season Spring 2018” in England and was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book of the Year Prize.
