Ute Mank

Ute Mank was born in Marburg, Germany. She initially trained in a health profession, studied educational science and later completed a doctorate while working. Her professional experience includes work as a local newspaper reporter, an adult-education lecturer and a caregiver for young people with intellectual disabilities. Her debut novel, “Wildtriebe,” was published in 2021 and was nominated for the Klaus-Michael-Kühne Prize.
