Uschi Obermaier

Uschi Obermaier, born in 1946, became known as a fashion model and a prominent figure of Germany’s 1960s counterculture. She was a member of Kommune 1 in Berlin and was in a relationship with Rainer Langhans. She later learned jewelry making and worked as a jewelry designer. Obermaier holds U.S. citizenship.
