Ursula Hegi

Ursula Hegi (born in 1946 in Düsseldorf) is a German-American author. She published novels, short stories, children’s books, and nonfiction, and worked as a lecturer in creative writing and literature. Her honors include an NEA Fellowship and five PEN Awards.
