Ulrike Barow

Ulrike Barow grew up in Gütersloh, Germany, and trained as a bookseller. She later worked in retail and in her family’s holiday-letting business on the North Sea island of Baltrum. Alongside this work, she wrote articles for a local newspaper. As an author, she wrote crime novels set on Baltrum as well as numerous short stories.
