Ulises A. Mejias

Ulises A. Mejias was born in Mexico and is a scholar of communication. He worked as a professor of communication and as director of the Institute for Global Engagement at the State University of New York (SUNY). Together with Nick Couldry, he published research in outlets including The Atlantic, the Financial Times, and Wired, as well as in the academic book *The Costs of Connection*.
