Tristan Garcia

Tristan Garcia (born 1981) is a French philosopher and writer. He studied with Alain Badiou and worked as a maître de conférences at the University of Lyon. Garcia is associated with the philosophical movement of speculative realism. His works have been translated into several languages and have received multiple awards. His novel The Best Part of People received the Prix de Flore.
